Too busy running your business! GBS will complete your Local & State Certification Application.

We will conduct a telephone or personal interview with the primary applicant to ensure that he/she is qualified to be certified.
Identify all enclosures and data items that the applicant must provide to GBS to complete and package their application.
Complete the SBE and/or MBE application, ensuring that it is totally comprehensive and in conformance with Local & State program regulations.
Assemble the package into a three ring notebook, and identify places where signatures are required in the entire Certification application.
Transmit the prepared package via FedEx overnight delivery service to the applicant and contact the applicant to address any questions or open issues concerning the submittal of the application to the State or Local municipality.

Vendor Registration and Certification Solutions

GBS provides Vendor Registration & Certification services for your firm to get started with local, state and federal government contracts.

Federal Government Registration
Central Contractor Registration (CCR) – This is the primary vendor database for the U.S. Federal Government. Both current and potential federal government vendors are required to register in CCR in order to be awarded contracts by the federal government.

8(a)/Small Disadvantaged Business (SDB) Certification
This program is part of the U.S. Small Business Administration’s efforts to promote equal access for socially and economically disadvantaged individuals including Black, Hispanic, Native, Asian Pacific, and subcontinent Asian Americans and in some cases Women business owners. Companies with an 8(a) or SDB certification can benefit from the wide-range of services offered including government contracting opportunities, access to capital, management and technical assistance and much more.

State of Florida & Minority Business Enterprise (MBE)
The main objective of the MBE Certification program is to increase the number of minority business enterprises, throughout Florida, that are certified by the Office of Supplier Diversity (OSD) of the State of Florida. Certified firms have greater contracting opportunities with the State and Prime contractors.

South Florida Water Management District, Small Business Enterprise (SBE) The South Florida Water Management District awards over $60 million each year in contracting opportunities. The Small Business Enterprise Certification allows all types of small businesses to gain an edge in contracting opportunities.
